    Here, we support our colleagues and assist them in fulfilling their missions with excellence!

    Purchasing, subcontracting contract management, invoicing, recruitment, payroll, administrative support, internal control, health and safety at work, cybersecurity, and management systems are all handled by these support functions. Often considered "behind-the-scenes" roles, they are nonetheless essential for ensuring that everything is done with precision and according to best practices. These functions guarantee proper governance and the smooth management of the company’s cross-functional processes.

    They are divided into two distinct pillars:

    1. The two steering functions, Finance and Human Resources, reporting to General Management, ensure, on the one hand, the planning and management of the company's financial and human resources, and on the other hand, proper governance and internal control.
    2. The operational support functions oversee the centralized planning of campus activities and provide daily assistance to all stakeholders and users in IT, safety, and infrastructure security.

    Steering Functions

    Finance & Risk Management : handles financial reporting, management control, budget monitoring, risk analysis, and insurance portfolio management. This department ensures compliance with internal control system processes and provides key financial analyses and indicators for company management and board oversight.

    It also serves as a business partner for the site’s commercial and event development, fostering transparency and rigor in pricing policies and service delivery. This collaboration ensures the profitability of activities and initiatives, aligned with the site’s mission.

    Economic sustainability is a cornerstone of the risk management policy and long-term financial strategy.

    Human Resources (HR): ensures that the organization’s skill structure aligns with its strategic needs. As a guardian of employment conditions and social harmony, HR emphasizes equity, inclusion, and diversity.

    HR responsibilities include skill development, internal communication, and building a strong employer brand. The department supports staff throughout their journey at Vaudoise aréna, from application to departure.


    Support Functions

    Planning : oversees the programming of activities, optimizing the use of facilities and spaces to meet user needs.

    IT : ensures the smooth operation of the site’s IT systems and technologies, both daily and during events. The IT team provides user support and Helpdesk services for campus users.

    Safety & Security : focuses on compliance with safety standards and risk management, covering security, workplace health, and safety. This pillar ensures a safe infrastructure for users and optimal working conditions for staff and subcontractors.

    The security manager also provides training on safety and risk prevention, contributing to the trust and confidence the public places in the Vaudoise aréna.
