All items found on the premises are collected and stored at the Vaudoise aréna front desk.
If you believe you lost a personal belonging during your visit, please follow the steps below:
 

Procedure

1. Fill out the form below
   This form is the only official channel to report a lost item and maximize your chances of retrieving it.
    
2. Wait to be contacted by our front office team
   We will check if your item is among the recovered belongings and get back to you as soon as possible.
    
3. Collect your item at the front desk
   If your item is in our possession, you can pick it up at the front office any day of the week, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. or from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.
   
   If you are unable to come yourself, you may authorize someone else to collect the item on your behalf. Please inform us in advance and provide their full name. Any person collecting an item must present a valid ID.
