The reception team is the first face and smile you encounter when you arrive at the Vaudoise Aréna’s entrance hall. Their main mission is to provide a pleasant experience for visitors.

Our customer service advisors provide information and guidance to guests visiting the Vaudoise Aréna 7 days a week, all year round. They also promote our services and sell tickets, subscriptions, and ice skate rentals.

They serve as the liaison between schools and the venue for group bookings to practice one of the sports offered at the Vaudoise Aréna.

The team is trained to assist people with reduced mobility and to provide first aid when necessary.

During events, the reception team is involved in guiding, serving, and creating memorable experiences for our visitors.
