Front Desk & Customer Service
At Vaudoise aréna, the Front Desk & Customer Service team is the face of the campus. They support a wide range of users – athletes, resident clubs, schools, families, spectators and visitors – with attentiveness, availability and adaptability. Versatile and responsive, the advisors handle everything from reception and skate rental to unexpected situations, while guiding, informing and assisting users on a daily basis.
Behind the scenes
Beyond direct reception, they manage subscription administration, coordinate bookings and handle unforeseen issues with composure. Their role requires in-depth knowledge of the campus' activities and a strong adaptability. Present seven days a week and trained in first aid, they ensures a smooth and safe experience for everyone.
