Steering functions
Finance & Risk: responsible for preparing financial statements, management control, budget monitoring, and risk analysis of the infrastructure's insurance portfolio, while ensuring compliance with internal control system processes. As a true steering function for both Management and the Board of Directors, the Finance & Risk department provides all the analyses and financial indicators required for sound company management and for the proper governance of subsidies and investments.
Human Resources: ensures that the skills structure matches the company’s strategic needs. As a second key steering function for General Management, HR places particular importance on fair treatment, inclusion and diversity of backgrounds and profiles. The HR team supports employees throughout their entire journey at Vaudoise aréna, ensuring attractive and evolving working conditions while maintaining a serene and positive work climate.
Support functions
Planning: manages the scheduling of activities, optimizing the use of facilities and spaces year-round to meet user needs.
IT: ensures the smooth operation of the site’s IT systems and technologies, both on a daily basis and during events. The IT team provides support to campus users and delivers Helpdesk services.
Security: ensures compliance with safety standards and risk management in the area of security, health, and occupational health. Managing these three pillars guarantees a safe infrastructure for users and optimal working conditions for employees and subcontractors. The Head of Security is also responsible for training staff in safety and risk prevention. This expertise contributes greatly to the public's trust in Vaudoise aréna.
