At Vaudoise aréna, technicians are responsible for the upkeep, maintenance and monitoring of the infrastructure. Present on a daily basis as well as during major events, they ensure the reliability, safety and performance of the installations.

Preventive and corrective maintenance, management of unexpected situations, and technical adaptations linked to operations: their expertise guarantees the continuity of activities across the campus, 24/7. They also play an active role in arena conversions, including setup and dismantling for competitions, shows and large-scale events.

They are furthermore responsible for the monitoring and optimisation of energy systems, balancing performance, comfort, safety and controlled energy consumption.

Behind the scenes
Their role goes beyond day-to-day operations. They contribute to technical decisions, coordinate subcontractors and oversee the quality of delivered work.

Vaudoise aréna operates with a fully internalised facility management team, ensuring in-depth knowledge of the site and a high level of responsiveness.

Specialised yet versatile, the technicians continuously develop their skills through ongoing training and contribute to knowledge transfer by mentoring apprentices and supporting the next generation.
