At Vaudoise aréna, events are at the heart of our mission: welcoming, supporting and organizing a wide variety of experiences. From elite sports – such as the Youth Olympic Games or the U19 Basketball World Cup – to popular events like the Pool Party or institutional gatherings such as general assemblies, the team goes above and beyond to deliver unique experiences.
Behind the scenes
Their role goes far beyond logistics: creating events for the general public, supporting resident clubs, and acting as venue managers for organizing committees. The team builds the bridge between partners and the venue, coordinates every stage, and adapts the offer to specific needs. Their professionalism guarantees optimal conditions and successful events.
What I love is offering the community events that bring people together. Starting from a simple idea, bringing it to life through collaboration with the different teams at Vaudoise aréna, and finally seeing smiles on everyone’s faces – that’s the magic of our work, and what makes me passionate about it.
