    The Vaudoise aréna will host the highly anticipated Women's Final-4

    The 2024/2025 Women's National Cup Final will take place as a Final 4 tournament over the weekend of January 25-26, 2025, at the Vaudoise aréna, just outside Lausanne.

    On Saturday, January 25, the Women’s National Cup semifinals will kick off (1:30 pm and 5:00 pm). On Sunday, January 26, the bronze medal game will see two teams compete at noon, followed by an exciting final at 4:00 pm, where the 2025 National Cup title will be awarded.

    About the Women’s National Cup

    The Women’s National Cup aims to showcase women’s ice hockey, inviting all teams from the Swiss Women’s Hockey League to participate. This year, 38 teams are competing, including 14 from SWHL-D and 8 each from SWHL-C, SWHL-B, and the PostFinance Women’s League.

    After two editions in eastern Switzerland, the 2024/25 Women’s National Cup Final 4 will be hosted for the first time in French-speaking Switzerland at the Vaudoise aréna, near Lausanne.

    Program:

    Saturday, January 25, 2025:

    • 9:00-10:00: Free U12 and U14 tournament on the main arena.
    • 1:30 PM: Semi-Final 1
    • 5:00 PM: Semi-Final 2

    Sunday, January 26, 2025:

    • 9:00-10:00: Hockey initiation on the main arena organized by the Girl Ice Hockey Association.
    • 12:00 PM: Third Place Match
    • 4:00 PM: Final

    Throughout the weekend, numerous activities will take place on the Vaudoise aréna forecourt to commemorate the Lausanne 2020 Youth Olympic Games (weather permitting).

    For young and old alike, enjoy free activities such as hockey shootouts, can toss challenges, and a technical course with cones and stickhandling drills.

    On Sunday, experience even more fun with a ski jump truck and free skating on the outdoor rink (skate rental at your own cost and subject to availability). Come and join the fun!

    Ticketing

    • Official Ticketing Partner: Ticketmaster 
    • Free Entry for Children Under 15 (tickets to be collected at the Info Point on the Vaudoise aréna forecourt upon presentation of ID)
    • Day Tickets: Both matches of the day are included in the price. 

    Open seating 
    Seats are unassigned; no seat numbers are indicated on the ticket. Fan sections are marked accordingly.

    Doors Open

    • Saturday, January 25, 2025: 12:30 pm
    • Sunday, January 26, 2025: 11:00 am

    Outdoor animation and skating

    • Yodli Skating Rink: Open depending on weather conditions and within capacity limits. The rink will be closed in case of bad weather.
    • Skate rentals available on-site (subject to availability) until 6:00 PM. We recommend bringing your own skates.
    • The Yodli rink closes at 7:00 PM. 
    • Skate aids will not be available on Sunday. Strollers are not allowed on the ice and must be parked in the designated area.

    How to get here

    An undergraound car park with only 140 spaces is at your disposal, but they are not guaranteed. We strongly recommend utilizing public transportation for your convenience.

    • Vaudoise aréna enjoys excellent connectivity, with frequent services from Prilly-Malley SBB station several times per hour (timetable: https://www.sbb.ch/fr/).
    • The M1 Prilly Malley metro station is just a short distance away from Vaudoise aréna. 
    • Numerous bus stops are conveniently located in the vicinity of the arena (timetables: https://www.t-l.ch).
