ISU European Figure Skating Championships 2027
Lausanne, Switzerland
Over five days, Europe’s top figure skaters will gather at the Vaudoise aréna to deliver an exceptional spectacle combining grace, technical excellence and powerful emotions.
Lausanne, host of a historic event
Selected from among four candidate cities, Lausanne has been chosen to host this major event on the international calendar.
The Olympic Capital previously hosted the European Championships in 1992 and 2002. The 2027 edition will therefore mark a historic third time that the event is held on Lausanne soil.
One year after the Milano Cortina 2026 Winter Olympic Games, the Vaudoise aréna will welcome nearly 150 of Europe’s best figure skaters, ready to perform at the highest level.
Renowned ambassadors
The 2027 European Championships will be supported by two iconic figures of Swiss figure skating:
Stéphane Lambiel and Denise Biellmann, official ambassadors of the event.
Their involvement highlights the importance of this Lausanne edition, both from a sporting and symbolic perspective.
A record Swiss delegation
Thanks to the excellent results achieved at the 2026 European Championships, Switzerland will field a record home delegation in 2027, with ten qualified athletes across the different disciplines.
A unique opportunity for Swiss fans to support their skaters at the highest level.
