How to proceed?

• Check your supplementary insurance coverage

Review your supplementary insurance contract to ensure it covers fitness subscriptions.

• Download the participation form from your customer account

Once you’ve registered and created your customer account at the Vaudoise arena reception, you will find the QualiCert certificate and the participation form to fill out by logging into your account.

• Send the certificate to your insurance

Submit this certificate to your supplementary insurance to benefit from your reimbursement.
