A true global phenomenon, Romeo & Juliet has already captivated over 11 million spectators worldwide. Translated into 18 languages and performed in 20 countries, the show has become an international classic while remaining an iconic work of French musical theatre.
First launched in 2001 at the Palais des Congrès, the production has become a cultural reference, deeply embedded in collective memory—a true Proustian madeleine for a generation—led by the emblematic duo Damien Sargue and Cécilia Cara.
A new version in 2027
The show returns in a reimagined version, integrating new generational elements while preserving what has made it successful for over 25 years: a timeless story, universal emotions, and a legendary musical signature.
Expect a new cast, redesigned costumes, and a refreshed scenography, all updated for today without ever altering the DNA of the production.
