Robbie Williams returns to Switzerland in 2026

Robbie Williams makes his long-awaited return to French-speaking Switzerland on Saturday 12 September 2026, with a concert at Vaudoise aréna as part of his BRITPOP tour.

Released on 16 January 2026, BRITPOP marked a turning point in the artist's career: his first studio album since 2019, it earned him his 16th UK Number 1 album, making him the artist with the most Number 1 albums in the history of the UK Albums Chart. 

Hailed as his best critical reception in years, the record returns to a raw, energetic sound directly inspired by the spirit of 1990s Britpop. It features the singles Rocket, Spies, Human, Pretty Face and All My Life, alongside collaborations with Chris Martin (Coldplay), Gaz Coombes (Supergrass), Tony Iommi (Black Sabbath), the duo Jesse & Joy and Gary Barlow.

In recent years, Robbie Williams has continued to expand his already remarkable legacy: his documentary series Robbie Williams (Netflix, 2023) reached number one in 22 countries; his film Better Man (2024) was critically acclaimed; and its soundtrack earned his 15th UK number-one, equalling a record previously held by The Beatles. In 2025, he also co-wrote the official FIFA anthem Desire with Laura Pausini, now played at all FIFA tournaments, highlighting the breadth of his creative projects and his lasting impact on pop culture.

This concert marks a highly anticipated return: Robbie Williams’ last appearance in French-speaking Switzerland dates back to the Paléo Festival in 2015, while his most recent indoor concert in Geneva was in 2003. In German-speaking Switzerland, audiences last saw him at Letzigrund Stadium in 2017, making this new date in Lausanne a truly exceptional event for fans of all generations.
