    December at the Ice Rink

    Good news!

    Following the success of the chalets, they will remain open on December 26 and 27 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and on December 28 and 29 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM.


    Christmas magic comes to Vaudoise Aréna! In December*, come skate with family or friends in a festive and cozy atmosphere, set to the tune of the most beautiful Christmas songs.

    Yodli Outdoor Ice Rink Opening Hours

    From December 4 to 22, the Yodli outdoor ice rink is open to the public:

    • Wednesday afternoons: 12:30 PM to 6:00 PM
    • Weekends: 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM

    Delightful Food Chalets to Serve You

    Accessible from the plaza and the ice rink, explore our charming chalets offering mulled wine, Christmas tea, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages. For food lovers, indulge in popcorn, roasted chestnuts, crêpes, churros, or even Thai specialties depending on the day of your visit!

    • Weekends from December 7 to 22: 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM

    December at the Ice Rink is organized in partnership with Bli Bla Blo from the Lausanne Industrial Services.

    Practical Information

    • Skate Rentals
      Skates are available for rent on-site, subject to availability. If you have your own skates, we recommend bringing them along!

    Open Only in Favorable Weather
    Please note that the Yodli outdoor ice rink's opening depends on weather conditions. Check the updated opening hours on this page here.

    • Access

    With only 140 parking spaces available, parking cannot be guaranteed. We encourage you to use public transport for your visit.

    The Vaudoise aréna is well connected and easily accessible:

    • Prilly-Malley CFF train station: Trains stop several times per hour (schedules: SBB).
    • Alternative parking: UNIL, EPFL, and PR Vennes car parks are available and connected to the Vaudoise aréna via the M1 and M2 metro lines.
    • Metro access: The Vaudoise aréna is just minutes away from the M1 Prilly Malley metro stop.
    • Bus stops: Multiple bus stops by Lausanne’s TL network surround the Vaudoise aréna (schedules: TL).
