    Cirque du soleil - OVO

    Buy tickets

The Cirque du Soleil is back in Lausanne with OVO, a high-energy, acrobatic spectacle.

An exhilarating experience from the Cirque du Soleil, OVO is a colourful intrusion into a day in the life of insects, a constant burst of energy and movement.

Featuring spectacular acrobatics that highlight the unique personalities and abilities of selected insect species, OVO explores the beauty of biodiversity in all its contrasts and dynamism. For its relaunch in 2024, three new acts and characters have been added to OVO's joyful colony to delight audiences of all ages.

From powerful grasshoppers bouncing on trampolines to a mesmerizing spider contorting within its web, OVO exudes an extraordinary sense of spectacle to tickle the imagination. It's funny and chaotic, yet charming and wonderful, captivating our inner child with its gentle exuberance. Comprising 100 individuals from 25 different countries, including 52 artists, OVO (which means "egg" in Portuguese) showcases high-level acrobatic performances that redefine the limits of the human body. Since its creation in Montreal in 2009, OVO has thrilled more than seven million people in over 160 cities and nearly 30 different countries.
